What opportunities has your MBA degree provided?
As a MBA student, I was able to add contacts to my network from professionals at the executive levels through my work term and also in the community. In addition, the MBA degree has opened the door to more career options that I would not have been exposed to had I not pursed my MBA.
What did you like most about your Laurier experience?
I really like Laurier’s learning environment as it allows students to learn from a team environment which has also helped me during my co-op term. In addition, the faculty is very supportive of the students and the unique structure of the Laurier MBA program is unparallel to other institutions.
What are your career aspirations?
My career aspirations are to work in the not-for-proit sector, specifically in the field of economic development and microlending. I would like to also progress into politics as a means to implement public policies that would focus on addressing domestic and international issues.
