Message from your new MBASA President, Bryan Fedorak

Hello! My name is Bryan Fedorak, and I have the pleasure of being your new MBASA President. My priority is to manage and direct the MBA Student Association to present a unified voice to the MBA administration by providing a forum for MBA candidates to express their opinions, build consensus, and take action to improve the MBA experience at Laurier. All MBA candidates will be pleased to know that the members of your MBASA executive team are hardworking individuals dedicated to this goal.

In order to foster a strong sense of community within the program, we need your help in raising ideas and suggestions in addition to strong participation. We look forward to introducing many exciting and rewarding events to help provide you with the best possible Laurier MBA experience.

One of the main initiatives of the new MBASA team this year will be to better represent all MBA students. An interesting fact, part-time students represent the majority of Laurier MBA candidates, and a main goal of ours is to better engage the part-time group. We will be working with current part-time candidates to create a formal governing structure within the part-time classes. This initiative will include an extensive overhaul of the current MBASA constitution to more clearly define the roles and responsibilities.

I look forward to working with, and getting to know every one of you!

To a great year ahead,

-Bryan
